The Firm

OVER 20 YEARS STRUCTURING COMPLEX STRATEGIC DECISIONS

Flunger & Company was founded in 2002 to structure complex strategic decisions, from diagnosis to execution. Two decades later, the firm operates on three complementary fronts — Strategy and Management Consulting, Interim Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions — applying the same analytical rigor and implementation accountability across all three.

We serve everyone from large multinationals to fast-growing startups. We support foreign companies establishing themselves in Brazil or improving their operations in the country, and we serve clients across Latin America and other geographies.

We have extensive experience successfully serving family-owned businesses of varying sizes, from large groups to founder-led companies in growth phases. We understand their particular dynamics, governance needs, and development process.

Team & Leadership

We mobilize a select team of professionals with diverse backgrounds: senior management consulting, industry, and academia, with experience in applied sciences such as engineering, operations research, and statistics, as well as extensive experience leading companies through highly complex challenges.

Our core team works with an international network of consultants and associate firms in Venezuela, the Caribbean, Argentina, Chile, Peru, France, and other European countries, and with companies with complementary capabilities, such as think tanks, marketing, IT, and human resources.
